Important: By creating an account or using the RollXO Casino platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. 1. Definitions
"Platform" refers to the RollXO Casino website accessible at rollxo-casino-australia.net and any associated mobile interfaces or applications.

"Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and any winnings derived from real money play that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements.

2. Account Registration

2.2 You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
2.3 You must provide accurate information at registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles us to suspend or close your account immediately.
2.4 Your registered email address is your primary account identifier. You are responsible for maintaining access to this email address and for the security of any credentials associated with it.
2.5 You must notify us immediately of any changes to your registered information, including change of address, email address, or payment method. We reserve the right to request updated documentation at any time.
2.6 We reserve the right to refuse account registration at our sole discretion without obligation to state a reason.
3. Eligibility
3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.
3.2 You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. Restricted territories include the United States of America, France, and other jurisdictions listed in our Restricted Countries policy, which may be updated periodically.
3.3 Australian players are eligible to use the Platform. The Platform operates under MGA licensing and serves Australian residents in accordance with applicable international online gambling regulations. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that accessing online gambling services is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction.
3.4 You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that covers online gambling services, including national or state-based Australian self-exclusion registers. If you are registered on such a list and create an account, any winnings will be void and deposited funds will be returned.
3.5 Employees of RollXO Casino Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are ineligible to use the Platform for real-money gaming.
3.6 You confirm that the funds used for gambling on the Platform are not proceeds of crime and that you are not engaging in money laundering or terrorist financing activity.
4. Account Management
4.1 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to use your account.
4.2 You must maintain the confidentiality of your password. We will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
4.3 We implement Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to provide identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement not older than 3 months) before processing your first withdrawal or at any time we deem appropriate.
4.4 Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the request may result in account suspension.
4.5 We reserve the right to suspend or close any account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or risk of harm to the integrity of our operations.
4.6 Dormant accounts — accounts with no real money login for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an administrative fee of A$5 per month after prior notification. The fee will not reduce your balance below zero.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. Any deposits identified as coming from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended.
5.2 Minimum deposit amount is A$10. Maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may be adjusted based on your account tier and verification status.
5.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible (the "same method withdrawal" principle). This is a requirement of our payment processors and anti-money laundering procedures.
5.4 Minimum withdrawal amount is A$20. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling 30-day period. VIP players may be eligible for higher limits.
5.5 Withdrawal processing time is typically within 24 hours of approval. Transit time after processing depends on the payment method: e-wallets (0-4 hours), debit/credit cards (2-5 business days), bank transfers (3-7 business days).
5.6 We do not charge withdrawal fees on our side. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or currency conversion charges, for which we are not responsible.

6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
6.2 The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. Existing players who close and re-register an account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
6.3 Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the Platform explicitly permits multiple concurrent bonuses.
6.4 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes to that specific offer.
6.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bots or automated software, exploiting promotion errors, or engaging in arbitrage betting — is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
6.6 Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements specified in the free spins offer terms, unless stated otherwise.
6.7 We reserve the right to retract any bonus credited in error or granted as a result of a technical malfunction.
7. Wagering Requirements
7.1 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Standard wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal).
7.2 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are: slot games 100%, live casino table games 10%, video poker 10%, table games 5%, progressive jackpots 0%. Specific games may have different contribution rates as published in the game information section.
7.3 Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the bonus funds being forfeited. Real money deposits are not forfeited.
7.4 Maximum bet size while wagering bonus funds is A$5 per spin or hand unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
7.5 We use a bonus wallet system. Bonus funds are held separately from real money funds. Withdrawals are taken from the real money balance first. Real money winnings resulting from bonus play are credited to the real money balance once wagering is complete.
7.6 You may forfeit an active bonus at any time from your account settings. Forfeiting a bonus also forfeits any winnings accumulated using those bonus funds that have not yet cleared wagering requirements.
8. Prohibited Activities
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification
- Creating multiple accounts (whether or not under the same or different names)
- Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games or circumvent fair use policies
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any discovered bug must be reported to support immediately
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live poker or competitive games
- Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade detection, or use of the Platform for any illegal financial purpose
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods
- Attempting to reverse or dispute a legitimate transaction through your payment provider (chargebacks)
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing support staff or other players
- Engaging in any activity that compromises the integrity or security of the Platform
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, and audio, is owned by or licensed to RollXO Casino Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 You may not frame the Platform within another website, use automated scraping tools, or reproduce Platform content without prior written consent from RollXO Casino Ltd.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RollXO Casino Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
10.3 Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
10.4 We are not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, power outages, or other technical problems outside our direct control that affect your ability to access the Platform or complete game sessions.
10.5 We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party payment processors. Payment processing delays caused by banks or payment providers are outside our liability.
10.6 In the event of a game malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game, we reserve the right to void affected game rounds. Bets placed during a malfunction will be returned.
11. Responsible Gambling
